How long can it take to return a product without defects?

The packaging of the product must be intact, accompanied by all authentic labels and protective bags, and the product must look exactly as it was when purchased. If you damage the packaging, you will not be able to return the quality goods and get your money back after more than 14 days.

If your product breaks down during the warranty period, our authorized manufacturer's service centers will repair it free of charge - all you need to do is provide a product purchase document.

We invite you to pack the product properly so that it is not damaged during shipment. If the product is damaged during shipment, we will not be able to provide warranty service.

All costs related to the transportation of the goods to and from the warranty center shall be borne by the Buyer.

According to the laws approved by the Republic of Lithuania, certain goods are not returned:

What goods are not covered by the warranty?

A quality guarantee is not provided if the characteristics of the product correspond to its description, the product is suitable for use according to its purpose.

Quality assurance is also not provided for information on media or devices. This means that we are not responsible if personal information is lost during the repair. Costs if the customer wishes to recover their data are also not reimbursed.

When picking up the item at the store, inspect it for damage, complete and proper configuration. When accepting an order from the courier, pay attention to the packaging - in case of suspicion - unpack immediately. Observe the observed discrepancies in the document of acceptance of the transfer of the goods and draw up a report in the presence of the courier. If you see a defect or defect in the product after signing the delivery acceptance document, we cannot take responsibility for the fact that the product or packaging is damaged or improperly assembled. In this case, the quality guarantee will only be provided in the event of a factory defect.

What if I suspect a product is defective?

A discount corresponding to the value lost due to defects may be applied to the product you have purchased.

You can exchange the product for an identical good quality product, unless the defects in the product are minor or caused by your fault.

You can return the product, and if the Seller determines that the returned product has significant defects, recover the money. The money back period is 14 calendar days from the Seller's confirmation of the product defects.

How long does the repair take?

Defects caused by the manufacturer's fault usually take from 1 working day to 4 weeks from the date of delivery of the product to the warranty service. If it turns out that the repair requires a part to be delivered from abroad, the waiting period is extended.
